Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Doha is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with radio equipment and systems. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our radio equipment to ensure optimal performance. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and standards is also necessary. This role is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or accommodation. Filipinos and Kenyans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with radio systems
- Install new equipment as needed
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Monitor broadcasting signals for quality control
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues
- Stay updated on advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of radio equipment and systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred but not required)

Salary: $1600 monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Doha, Qatar
