Indian Executive Chef in Sofia, Bulgaria
We are in need of an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for creating new menu items and managing food costs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations
- Create new menu items and ensure their timely implementation
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Manage food costs by maintaining inventory levels and controlling waste
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
