Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing architectural plans and models for various projects. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, but we are open to candidates from other cities within Lithuania.
