Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. As an Architectural Designer, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and experience working with various architectural software programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their building projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD or other architectural software
- Develop 3D models and renderings of projects to accurately showcase design concepts
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of construction projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure that designs are being implemented as intended
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of design plans and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and professionals from different backgrounds
- Keen eye for detail and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena (open to candidates from any nationality)

Contract Type: Full-time
