Collector



The role of a Collector is to collect payments on overdue accounts and work with customers to find solutions for repayment. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to negotiate and build rapport with customers. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or mail regarding past due payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and set up payment plans
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records
- Keep track of delinquent accounts and follow up with customers regularly
- Identify and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus
- Proven experience as a collector or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

City:
This job is located in Pula, one of the oldest cities in Croatia known for its beautiful beaches, ancient Roman ruins, and vibrant culture.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, candidates who are fluent in English will be given preference.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Experience Level:

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must possess a biometric passport for travel purposes. This job may require occasional travel for business purposes.
