We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Pula. As an Indian English-speaking Collector, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers, maintaining accurate records of all collections and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Experience in debt collection or similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Must be legally eligible to work in Pula

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers who are unable to pay in full
- Maintain accurate records of all collections, payments, and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers regarding their debts
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to debt collection

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
