Warehouse Supervisor



The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Gujrat. This individual will ensure the efficient and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a warehouse setting and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and processed
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to safety regulations
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy of stock levels
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or delays
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Utilize computer systems to track inventory levels and generate reports as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehousing is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others as well as independently
- Knowledge of biometric passport processes is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis

Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Gujrat, Pakistan (accommodation provided)
