We are currently hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Karachi. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and current web design trends.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and objectives
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase design concepts
- Design website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles is preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
