Contract Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract preparation, negotiation, and execution. This is a contract position suitable for Indians who are fluent in English and do not require prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare contract documents, including amendments, revisions, and additions
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contracts
- Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in contract administration is preferred but not required
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi (open to all nationalities)
