Administrative Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for a Malayalee candidate who is looking to start their career in the administrative field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the office by managing phone calls, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents and reports
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
