Online Consultant for Indian Market


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant for the Indian market. This full-time position is based in Vianden and offers a salary of 1800$. As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to our Indian clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients via email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential or existing clients.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues that clients may encounter while using our online platform.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with our Indian clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from different backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet browsers.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
