Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends that can be used to inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in the data that can provide valuable insights
- Develop reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (open to foreigners)
