Preservation Architect



We are a well-established architectural firm located in Sheduva, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. This includes conducting thorough assessments, creating detailed plans for preservation or renovation, and overseeing the implementation of these plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and government agencies involved in preservation projects

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation measures
- Create detailed plans for preservation or renovation, taking into account budget constraints, safety regulations, and historical significance
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans, providing guidance and support to contractors
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is incorporated into the preservation process
- Communicate with government agencies involved in preservation projects to obtain necessary permits
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and techniques for historical preservation

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Preservation Architect to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the cultural heritage of Sheduva. Applicants must have their own visa and be able to provide proof of English proficiency. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
