Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, while also ensuring they meet modern safety and accessibility standards. You must have experience working on restoration projects and possess strong knowledge of historic preservation techniques and materials.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings to determine necessary preservation work
- Developing plans for restoration, repair, and maintenance of historic structures
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure proper execution of preservation work
- Conducting research on historical trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software

This is a contract position that offers a salary of $1000 per month. Nepali candidates with relevant experience are preferred, but we welcome applications from all nationalities.
