Sales Representative
Our growing company is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling our products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products to clients using effective sales techniques
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes to clients
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections from clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (experience in the same industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
