Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings in Eschen


We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Eschen. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings in the city. Your main duties will include conducting thorough assessments of historic structures, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of architectural history, materials, and techniques used in historic buildings. You should also have excellent design skills and be able to create detailed preservation plans that adhere to conservation standards. Additionally, strong project management skills are essential as you will be coordinating with contractors and other professionals during restoration projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on preservation projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Solid understanding of conservation principles and building codes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, therefore local candidates are preferred.
