Industrial Alpinist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Funchal. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques. This is a contract job with a salary of $1700 per month, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Knowledge of various safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid work visa for Funchal (preferred)
- Accommodation will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks at heights, including power washing, sandblasting, and painting
- Conduct inspections and repairs on structures such as bridges, buildings, and wind turbines
- Install or remove equipment or materials using rope access techniques
- Maintain all safety procedures and equipment while working at heights
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
