Courier Delivery Associate


As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations in and around Funchal. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Load delivery vehicle with packages and documents
- Plan route for efficient delivery
- Use navigation tools to find the quickest route
- Deliver packages and documents to specified locations within assigned time frame
- Collect required signatures and payments, if applicable
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately recorded and reported
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Report any issues or delays to supervisor immediately
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with navigation tools
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented mindset

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires you to work five days a week. You may be required to work on weekends or holidays depending on delivery demand. The salary for this position is $900 per month without accommodation. You must hold a biometric passport in order to apply for this position. Freshers are welcome to apply.
