Formwork Supervisor

As a Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of formwork structures on various construction sites in Braga. Your main duties will include supervising and coordinating a team of formworkers, ensuring that all work is completed according to safety regulations and project plans, and conducting regular quality checks. You will also be responsible for ordering materials, managing budgets, and communicating with project managers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience as a formworker or in a similar construction role. A strong understanding of safety regulations and experience with different types of formwork systems is required. Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are also important qualities for this position.

As this is a contract job, you must be able to adapt quickly to new environments and work well within tight deadlines. The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds is essential. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required.
