Restaurant Manager in Faroe Islands


Our restaurant in Faroe Islands is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and training staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in the food and beverage industry who can bring leadership and organizational skills to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve overall restaurant performance
- Monitor financial records and budgets to ensure profitability
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and find appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus that meet customer preferences while staying within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. OpenTable) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Must have a valid food handler's permit/certification

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.
