Temporary Restaurant Manager (Faroe-Islands)



We are searching for a temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Faroe-Islands. This position is ideal for someone without prior experience in restaurant management, as we will provide on-the-job training. The successful candidate will also be provided with accommodation during their temporary employment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service

Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1000$ per month.
