Handyman


As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repairs in both residential and commercial settings. You will use your skills and knowledge to identify and troubleshoot issues, make necessary repairs, and ensure that all work is completed to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect buildings and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform repairs as needed, including fixing leaky faucets, replacing light fixtures, and patching drywall
- Respond promptly to requests from tenants or property owners for maintenance or repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used
- Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members on large projects or complex repairs
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with clients or property owners regarding job progress and any additional needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This job is located in Ajman.
