Junior Data Mining Analyst



As a Junior Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with the senior analysts and team leads to support business decisions and strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of data mining techniques and the ability to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources
- Use statistical methods and software to analyze data sets
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data analysis
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Support senior analysts in developing data-driven strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficient in statistical software such as R or Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data sets
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Lisbon (remote work may be considered)
