Administrative Assistant
We are in need of an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Some previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain records and databases
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with organizing events or meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The office is located in the city center of Braga. No accommodation will be provided.
