Our bakery in Lom is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. Your role will involve measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking in ovens, and decorating finished products.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for baking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You must also have strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead dough, shape it into loaves or rolls
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods in ovens
- Decorate finished products with icing or glaze
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Monitor inventory of baking supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
- Collaborate with other bakers and kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked goods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Proven experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
