Our bakery in Lom, Bulgaria is looking for a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. We are seeking an individual with experience in baking and knowledge of different techniques and recipes. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent time management skills, and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and other desserts as needed
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met
- Clean work area and equipment regularly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects)
- Good communication skills (English language proficiency preferred)
- Work permit or own visa for Bulgaria (preferred but not required)
