Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Upsell menu items to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Salary: $1400 per month, plus tips
