Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. Your main duties will include monitoring machine performance, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Machine Operator and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude are also essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify defects or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and keeping machines well-maintained
- Record production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to machine operation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
