Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving hardware and software problems. Your main goal will be to ensure our clients' technology needs are met and their systems are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide step-by-step instructions or remote support to resolve technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department for resolution.
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system for tracking purposes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates in order to provide the best service to our clients.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Industry certifications such as A+ or Network+.
- Experience working with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn.

Salary: $1400 per month (contract job)
