Computer Support Specialist
The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to computer users in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems and software, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote work may be considered)
Salary: $1600/month
