Architecture Manager - Contract Position in Multan


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Multan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept design to final construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and construction
- Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure project success
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure architectural plans meet all necessary standards and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
