We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or updates
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet their needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role
- Knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
