IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology functions. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring data security and privacy, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and possess excellent leadership skills. This is a contract position with the potential for visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Located in Herning, Denmark, this role offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data security and privacy
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Stay updated on industry advancements and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage budget for IT expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, network administration, security protocols
- Familiarity with project management principles
