Concierge - Luxury Hotel, Faroe Islands


We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month without accommodation. This position is suitable for men who are looking to further their career in the hospitality industry.
