Job Title: Office Assistant in Ajman (Egyptian or Filipino preferred)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the office environment. This role is open to Egyptians and Filipinos with no English language proficiency required.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in an office setting is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
