We are hiring an Adjuster to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and liability. This position requires fluency in English and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Review policy details and determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim process
- Prepare detailed reports on claim findings and recommendations
- Negotiate settlements with claimants on behalf of the insurance company
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an adjuster or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for foreign employees.
