Teamlead for Contract Position in Atlanta


We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Atlanta. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within a specified timeframe and budget. This is a contract position with the opportunity for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including assigning tasks, setting goals, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may impact the timeline or budget
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide solutions to any challenges that arise
- Ensure the team follows established processes and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Mentor and train team members on best practices and new technologies
- Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and key metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong project management skills with experience in creating project plans, managing budgets, and mitigating risks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary: $1700 per month.
