Architectural Technologist - Contract Position with Accommodation in Akron, Ohio

This is a contract position for an experienced Architectural Technologist in our Akron office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our design team and assisting with the production of architectural drawings and documents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and proficiency in using AutoCAD and other architectural software. A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology is preferred.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our architects to develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects. You will also assist with site visits, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working with clients and other team members.

This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The monthly salary for this role is $1200, which includes accommodation provided by our company. We welcome candidates of Indian nationality who are looking to gain experience in the US market.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology preferred
- Excellent communication skills
