Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Record accurate measurements of land features including boundaries, elevations, and structures
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies and propose solutions
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on land development projects
- Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints
- Maintain survey equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software for preparing maps and reports
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Professional surveyor license/certification preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1400/month
