Loader Operator


We are hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. The ideal candidate will be a physically fit and reliable individual with the ability to operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations at the job site. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, excavators, and bulldozers, to load and unload materials
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded

Requirements:
- Must have experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working in construction or related industries
- Hold a valid loader operator certification
- Are able to provide their own accommodation
- Have their own visa that allows them to work in La-Condamine
