Retail Sales Associate



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a contract position suitable for men who are Kenyan nationals or have their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Promote sales by showcasing product features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive store environment
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders
