We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Remish, India. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. You will also lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to develop and implement technology solutions that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, planning, and personnel management
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with external vendors when necessary
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that support their objectives
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with proven leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networking, and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals with excellent communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on when needed
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies or systems within an organization
