Quality Assurance Tester (Contract) - Ufa, Russia



We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team on a contract basis in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products before they are released to the market. As a Tester, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reporting any bugs or issues with our products, as well as suggesting improvements to enhance their functionality and usability.

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in software testing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As this is a contract position, we require candidates who are able to work on a project basis and meet tight deadlines. This is an urgent job opportunity with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated tests on software products to identify any bugs or issues
- Work closely with the development team to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans
- Execute test cases and report any issues found using bug tracking tools
- Analyze test results and provide feedback on product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Suggest improvements for product functionality and user experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in software testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian

Salary:
As this is a contract position, the salary for this role will be 1800 USD per month.
