Software Tester

We are a growing software development company based in Ufa, seeking a Software Tester to join our team. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and identifying any bugs or issues. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards that our clients expect from our software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases to identify bugs and issues in our software
- Document and report any issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous issues have been resolved
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
