Senior Architect - Design and Planning (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning process for various construction projects, ensuring they meet structural requirements, safety standards, and client expectations. This position is open to Indian nationals only and does not require knowledge of English or prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual design phase of projects, including developing initial sketches and designs
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather necessary information for design development
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide mentorship as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a strict requirement for this position
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel for site visits when necessary

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
