We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with other architects and designers to create innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings

This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who are not local to Izhevsk.
