Job Title: Commercial Architect


A leading architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, hotels, and restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other architects to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with engineers and other architects to ensure that building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards are met
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
