Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and drawings. Your primary focus will be on producing accurate technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, while also ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop architectural plans and drawings
- Use CAD software to produce accurate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Create 3D models to help visualize design concepts
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a contract position located in Washington. While we welcome all applicants, preference will be given to Nepali candidates.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required for this position.
