A well-established architectural firm in Los Angeles is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and other commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for their commercial projects
- Develop high-quality design concepts that meet the client's goals and budget
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the design is feasible and meets building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
