Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and functional commercial spaces, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This role requires exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure accuracy of construction progress
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing client relationships preferred

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Los Angeles (remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates)
